Who we are
The Asian-Canadian Law Enforcement Association (ACLEA) is a newly established non-profit society based in British Columbia, Canada. We were founded to serve as a vital resource and voice for Asian Canadian law enforcement professionals throughout the province, from those just beginning their careers to seasoned veterans. Our unique position allows us to address the specific needs and contributions of this important demographic within our police forces and justice system.
ACLEA aims to foster an inclusive and supportive environment within the law enforcement community, promoting cultural competency and mutual understanding. We believe that by supporting our members, we enhance the effectiveness and trust between law enforcement agencies and the diverse Asian Canadian communities they serve across BC. We are dedicated to ensuring that the perspectives and experiences of Asian Canadian officers are valued and represented.
